Shipping policy

Shipping will be calculated when we email you your final invoice.

Miss Rose Sister Violet is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

All orders will ship from our fulfilment facility in Adelaide, South Australia within 1-2 weeks from order date, depending on product availability. In Australia, orders ship via Toll Ipec and Australia Post. In America, orders ship via USPS from California.

Delivery to some regional and remote areas may take longer.

We ship worldwide, just select your country when finalising your order and shipping costs will be calculated automatically.

International orders can take anywhere from 4-16 business days for delivery depending on the selected shipping method.

Delivery time frames are our best estimate only, unfortunately unforeseen delivery delays do occur sometimes. 

RETURNS are accepted, however, we are NOT responsible for shipping costs.

If we need to ship your items separately you will not incur any additional shipping costs and will only be charged the amount you were quoted during the checkout process.
