With its soft cotton top emblazoned with a big sparkly star and frilly little star tutu skirt it looks and feels wonderful for a little girl to wear, soft as gossamer.
The tulle is NOT the scratchy kind that children hate to wear... Ours is always the top quality fabric, always soft and kind to the skin and babies will wear it happily.
